thanks for the welcome! I just got back from dropping my daughter off to school in central Ohio and spent a week at my in-laws. The cousins intorduced us to cornhole and we've been obsessed ever since. We found out my 78 yr old f-i-l is quite the corn holer. My 13 yr old thinks he can beat us all (and does regularly!) I found your site looking for info to make my own set of boards. thanks for all the info. We've already got plans to make a set for a housewarming gift for some friends that just moved. I'm an old and slow former Ultimate frisbee player and beer frisbee sounds like the perfect pace for me while waiting for my turn and the cornhole court.
we're going to try and introduce cornhole to the great northwest by making a few sets and bringing to the park and the farmer's market. I'll try and keep you updated on our progress.

where are you in northwest? I'm in MT! It's amazing how many people play Cornhole out east, but how few people have ever even heard of the game out west. Cheers to anybody trying to spead the game this direction!

There....I got my profile updated....Bainbridge Island Washington...just a 30 min ferry ride west of Seattle. I saw some folks playing at the Gorge a few weeks ago, but haven't seen it out this way, yet. My son and I are going to try and change that. I'll let you know next time we head your way.

I've taken my boards over to the Gorge a couple of times, now. It's always a blast to spend the day tossing out there. You tend to make a lot of friends when people walk by and end up begging to play. haha
